Hypertension is a condition in which the blood pressure is elevated than normal i.e more than 120/80 mmHg. It is a very serious medical condition that remarkably increases the risks of heart, brain, kidney, and other diseases.
Obesity: It is a condition in which excessive abnormal fat gets accumulated in the body. A person having a Body mass index of more than 30.00 is considered obese. Excessive body weight increases the risk the chance of hypertension associated with conditions like stroke, heart disease, and end-stage organ damage, which are major causes of death and disability.
