Biography:
Dr. Shuping Zhong is an emeritus professor at Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California (USC), USA. He held the position of assistant, associate and full professor at USC. He gained degrees of PhD in 1998 and finished postdoctoral training at University of Minnesota in 2001. In the past dozens of years, he has been focusing on deregulation of BRF1 expression and RNA Pol III gene transcription on heart disease and human cancer from epigenetic regulation, signal transduction, transcriptional machinery. Dr. Zhong has published more than 60 research articles in peer-review journals (SCI), he gained multiple research grants from NIH and completed these research projects. .
