Biography:
I am Dr Narges Mazloomi. Currently, I am an assistant professor of nutritional sciences & food technology at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 2022. I was awarded a fellowship as a visiting researcher under supervision of Prof fidel toldrá vilardell Lab in Instituto de Agroquímica y Tecnología de Alimentos (CSIC), Avenue Agustín Escardino 7, 46980 Paterna, Valencia, Spain in 2018. I received my PhD degree in 2020. My research of results were presented at international conferences and published in outstanding journals of this area, which help the researchers and doctors to use these bioactive peptides as a natural food in the treatment and prevent of many diseases. As well as four patents about bioactive peptide and their health effects.
