Biography:
Dr Kawa is a consultant Geriatrician working at HMC, joining the growing team in Qatar in 2018. His special interest is in mobility impairment and healthcare education. He is the program director for Geriatric for Non-Geriatrician courses.
He trained in the UK and was appointed as a consultant Geriatrician in 2013 at BHRUT NHS Trust. He was the clinical lead for mobility impairment service and represented the British Geriatric Society in the advisory group for the National Audit of In-Patient Falls 2017-2018.
He has a special interest in health informatics and geriatric rehabilitation. He has multiple publications in the field
