Biography:
Dr. Gardner is an Interventional Cardiologist that is specialty trained in structural heart disease. He received his MD degree at the University of Miami Miller School of medicine. He then completed his medical internship and residency at the University of Utah. He went on to specialize in Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart Disease at the University of Rochester. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Gardner joined Intermountain Health in 2013 and served as the Director of Structural Heart and Endovascular programs at Saint George Regional Hospital. In 2022 he then assumed the role of Enterprise Senior Medical Director for the heart and vascular program. In this role his focus is to optimize clinical, financial and operational outcomes throughout the 8 state footprint of Intermountain Health.
